Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm branding
Rosy Tomorrows practises a new, integrated system of farming, based on breed diversity and livestock rotation that is better for the animals, consumers and the environment. They raise heritage breeds that have fallen out of favour with large agri-businesses, using grazing and livestock rotation methods to enhance their grass, which in turn nourishes the animals.
Their interdependent breed and rotational system is shown in the logo through the stacked animals, bringing a lighthearted touch to the concept. Being new farmers, but resurrecting an old ideal – the logo was positioned as a modern classic, using strong and expressive serif typography. The colour scheme was chosen to represent the owner’s ideal of a better tomorrow, with bright sunset tones that suited their Florida location – and contrasted with the overused greens, blues and browns in their industry.
The overall effect is bright, bold and fun – but carefully crafted with enough seriousness to demonstrate knowledge and credibility.
